Crows rising star Tyson Stengle made to face court on drink driving charges
Adelaide Crows AFL rising star Tyson Stengle must appear in court after he was allegedly caught drink driving in an unregistered car while disqualified earlier this year.Stengle’s first appearance in the Adelaide Magistrates Court was listed for Monday, but he did not attend.
Instead, a defence lawyer asked Magistrate David McLeod to accept a plea and hear submissions in his absence.
However, Magistrate McLeod said Stengle must be present in order for the court to hear submissions.
