Crown unveils Sydney restaurant lineup – The Australian Financial Review
Crown Sydney has unveiled a further three restaurants that will make up the expected 14 bars and restaurants at its soon to be opened Barangaroo tower.
Notable restaurants include:
- Nobu chef Nobu Matsuhisa will open Sydney’s first Nobu restaurant with its signature fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine with South American flavours. Part-owned by Nobu himself, Hollywood star Robert De Niro, film producer Meir Teper, and Crown Resorts it is expected to open in December.
- Yoshiis Omakase a small dining experience with the sushi master for groups of six or less.
