Cronk: Don’t be disrespectful to Brodie Croft. He can be an NRL star again – Fox Sports
Rugby league legend Cooper Cronk has leapt to the defence of embattled Broncos halfback Brodie Croft after it was suggested he’s not up to NRL standard.
Croft, 23, is on the chopping block as Brisbane desperately tries to turn around some woeful form that also has coach Anthony Seibolds job in jeopardy.
Croft was Seibolds big foray into the market last year when he poached the young playmaker from almighty Melbourne.
He played 39 games for the Storm and from a young age was tipped as the player to fill the shoes of Cronk himself – the Origin and international champion.
