Critical Care Paramedic Paul Sweeney was first on scene to a 44-year-old man that escaped serious injury following an encounter with a crocodile earlier today.
The man suffered lacerations to his head, jaw,
shoulder and hand and was transported to Cairns Hospital in a stable condition where it is expected he will make a full recovery.Critical Care Paramedic Paul Sweeney will be available for comment at Cairns Ambulance Station regarding the earlier crocodile attack at Lake Placid.
