Queensland Health has released its full data from last year’s wastewater surveillance program.

On Monday, 35 Logan suburbs were put on alert after fragments of SARS-CoV-2 were detected in the Loganholme sewage catchment, prompting Chief Health Officer Jeannette Young to urge anyone in the area with symptoms to get tested immediately.
More recent data published online by Queensland Health reveals virus fragments were detected at the Loganholme site on the weeks beginning February 1 and 8.
