A health care worker in the United States has suffered an allergic reaction to the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine.
The female worker, from Alaska, had an adverse reaction within 10 minutes of receiving the shot on Wednesday.
Health authorities, however, are moving quickly to reassure that the incident was anticipated and the vaccine is still safe.
Several similar reactions were reported in Britain when it rolled out the vaccine a week earlier than the US.
