COVID-19 vaccination information campaign gets $23.9 million – Sydney Morning Herald
Health Minister Greg Hunt said it was important to inform Australians ahead of a national coronavirus vaccine roll out in 2021.
We are receiving data from overseas and this will assist in finalising the priority groups for the vaccinations, putting our health and aged care workers in the first wave along with elderly Australians who are at most risk from the virus.
The education campaign will explain what hoops the vaccine must go through to be approved in Australia, how the vaccines work, who will be included in the priority groups, and when and where people will be able to get it.
