COVID-19 update: Victoria records no new local coronavirus cases from 15,010 tests
Victoria’s streak of doughnut days has extended to nine, with no cases of local COVID-19 transmission recorded in the past 24 hours from 15,010 tests.
The Department of Health and Human Services said two people had tested positive in hotel quarantine, bringing the total number of active cases in the state to 28.

Premier Daniel Andrews yesterday announced mask rules would be relaxed and workplace caps would be lifted.
From 11:59pm on Sunday, masks will again only be mandatory in high-density or high-risk settings like flights, public transport, supermarkets and taxis.
From Monday, the Victorian public service will return to the office at 25 per cent capacity and other workplaces can increase to 50 per cent.
