COVID-19 threat eases as Russian military pilot, alleged border rule-breaker return negative tests

Concerns over a potential COVID-19 outbreak in Western Australia have eased after a man alleged to have illegally entered the state to watch the AFL grand final and a Russian military pilot were found to have earlier received false-positive test results.
