Virus-related restrictions on worship, hospitality venues and outdoor gatherings all changed on Friday. Here’s what you need to know.
No new locally-acquired cases of COVID-19 have been uncovered in New South Wales as the state eases virus-related restrictions related to worship, hospitality and outdoor gatherings.
From Friday, 30 people are allowed to gather outdoors, group bookings at hospitality venues have been extended from 10 to 30 people and up to 300 are allowed at places of worship.
Staffing regulations at gyms have also been relaxed, with a safety marshal required only when more than 20 people are working out.
