Coventry Hospital revealed as one of first to receive coronavirus vaccine – Coventry Live
Health Secretary Matt Hancock described it as a ‘monumental step forward’ in the country’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic

A Coventry hospital has been named among the first to receive the coronavirus vaccine when mass-immunisation begins next week.
Across the UK, there are now 50 ‘hospital hubs’ set-up to receive the jab from Pfizer and BioNTech, after it was approved for clinical use by regulators.
That could mean the first people are given vaccines from as early as Monday.
One of the hospitals listed earlier today (December 2), is University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire, in Coventry.
