Court Allows Justin Bieber To Subpoena Twitter To Identify His Sexual Assault Accusers – Pedestrian TV
A judge granted the motion yesterday.
A US court has granted Justin Bieber a motion allowing him to subpoena Twitter to provide information on the identities of the women accusing him of sexual assault.
When applying for the motion, Biebers lawyer Evan Spiegel told Judge Terry Green that he suspects the same person might be behind two Twitter accounts that accused Bieber of sexual assault.
We just want to uncover who is behind these two accounts and it may be the same person, he said.
