Mr Pherous earned $441,000 in base pay last financial year, when he also did not receive any short or long-term bonuses. Dividends have previously proved lucrative he earned $3.7 million from the 18¢ dividend paid out in 2019s first-half results.
He previously sold more than $70 million in Corporate Travel shares since 2013, according to accounts published since the company floated on the ASX in 2010.
