Coroner to examine woman’s death after heart scan organised by her employer – The Age
Peta Hickey had an anaphylactic reaction to contrast dye injected as part of a CT scan of her heart in May 2019. She died eight days later.

Programmed managing director Chris Sutherland told the coroner his company contracted Priority Care Health Solutions to deliver a tailored heart health medical assessment program.
Motivated by his staff members earlier near-death experience, his daughters own cardiac issues and sub-par treatment hed received from a doctor, Mr Sutherland said he believed he was implementing something that could improve the safety and wellbeing of his employees.
