Coroner criticises Royal Hobart Hospital over suicide of woman placed in room for lower-risk patients

A Tasmanian coroner has found the Royal Hobart Hospital directly contributed to the death of a suicidal psychiatric patient by placing her in an ill-designed room that included hanging points.
