As residents in Melbourne and Mitchell Shire prepare for masks to be made mandatory in public, several major retailers have said they will refuse entry to shoppers who arent wearing the protective measure.
From 11.59pm on Wednesday, wearing a mask in Victorias locked down areas will be compulsory when leaving home for one of four reasons.
