The World Health Organization warned the coronavirus is not going away, as the current global weekly death toll temporarily plateaued at around 50,000.
Dr. Mike Ryan, executive director of the WHOs emergencies programme said countries entering the winter season had a lot of work to do to avoid Covid-19 cases rising and developing countries would also struggle after nine months of pressure on their health systems…
