WA Premier Mark McGowan has warned hotel quarantine staff who refuse to undergo mandatory COVID-19 testing risk losing their job, with the new regime likely to be in force by the end of the day.

The State Government has scrambled to finalise directions requiring security and cleaning staff in the state’s hotel quarantine system to undergo weekly coronavirus tests in light of Adelaide’s outbreak.
