Coronavirus cases are continuing to climb and placing the NHS under “unsustainable” pressure, experts have warned.
There has been a big rise in cases in the run-up to Christmas, but this is continuing to go up – and there is no sign of when it might stop.
The warning comes as NHS workers say they face huge pressure to tackle the crisis.
