The pause on a return to quarantine-free travel for Victorians has been extended for a week with Mark McGowan flagging there was a prospect the hard border would return.
It comes as a Victorian cluster of COVID-19 cases linked to hotel quarantine today grew to 10 with health authorities racing to track down and test hundreds of close contacts.
