Coronavirus cluster Crossroads Hotel grows as more cases linked to Planet Fitness gym in Casula – 7NEWS.com.au
More coronavirus cases have been reported at a gym, sparking fears of a cluster.

Two additional cases of coronavirus have been linked to a gym in Sydneys south-west, sparking fears of a cluster.
The additional infections, both men in their 20s, had attended the Planet Fitness Gym in Casula.

They came forward for testing after it was established a confirmed case from the Crossroads Hotel in Casula had attended the gym.
Their confirmed infections bring the number of cases linked to the hotel to 30.

Fourteen of those are patrons of the hotel and 16 are their close contacts.
Chief Health Officer Dr Kerry Chant said it was vital that anyone who attended the gym between July 4 and 10 be tested and self-isolate for 14 days.
We now have three confirmed cases associated with this gym and we are identifying the close contacts of these new cases to ensure they are also isolating and getting tested, she said.
A pop-up testing clinic has been established in the car park of the Crossroads Hotel.

Several other sites in the surrounding suburbs, including at hospital clinics in Liverpool, Fairfield, Campbelltown and Bowral, have been established.
Anyone who attended the Crossroads Hotel between July 3 and July 10 are also advised to self-isolate and seek testing, regardless if they are asymptomatic.
NSW Health patrons should carry out their 14 days of quarantine even if they receive a negative test result midway through.
