A teenager who breached WA’s strict quarantine laws last year and then did exactly the same thing four months later, after returning to Perth by falsely claiming she was going to a funeral, has been sentenced to six months jail.
The 19 year old first came to public attention in August, when she and a friend flew into Perth from South Australia without permission, and then walked out of the hotel where they been directed to quarantine until they could be sent home.
