CoreLogic ‘Cordell’ Construction Monthly

July construction activity data collated by Cordell (a division of CoreLogic) showed that the number and value of new projects due for commencement increased by 16 per cent month-on-month, with 1,642 new projects added to the pipeline in July and totalled an estimated $17.9 billion, down -2 per cent when compared to the previous month.
