Convicted wife killer John Chardon dies in a Brisbane prison from a ‘medical incident’

John Chardon, who was convicted of the manslaughter of his estranged wife Novy Chardon, has died in a Brisbane prison.
Chardon was found guilty in September last year, more than seven years after Ms Chardon went missing from the couple’s Gold Coast home in 2013.
The body of 34-year-old has never been found, despite extensive searches.
She went missing within hours of John Chardon receiving a letter from his wife’s divorce lawyer.
