Congratulations to Melinda Jackson who has been recognised by Volunteering Queensland as Volunteer of the Year. Melinda joined in 1980 and continues to be an active patrolling member to this day, having assisted Ellis Beach, Northcliffe and Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Clubs. She has been a Trainer and Assessor for over 30 years and a coach for more than 20 years. Well deserved, Melinda! ????????
