There are currently 170 nursing homes dealing with confirmed or suspected cases of Covid-19 among employees and residents. This is based on figures compiled by the state health watchdog.
As the spread of the virus has grown rapidly in recent weeks, nearly a third of the countrys 575 nursing homes face confirmed or suspected cases.
