Commercial Market Update – Sydney Units Cityscope July 2019

The latest research from Sydney Units Cityscope shows that apartment sales in Sydney’s CBD have increased both in number and total sales value in the last quarter. Sales recorded for three months to July 2019, were 831 sales at a total value of more than $1.305 billion, an increase from the 203 sales at a total value of $233.2 million recorded for the quarter to April 2019, largely due to the inclusion of the off-the-plan sales of four buildings:
