Commercial Market Update – Sydney Units Cityscope April 2020

The latest research from Sydney Units Cityscope shows that apartment sales in Sydney’s CBD have increased both in number and total sales value in the last quarter. The last three months to April 2020 recorded 132 sales for a total of $187.6 million, an increase from the 121 sales at a total value of $163.4 million recorded for the quarter to January 2020 but a decrease from the 577 sales at a total value of $747.5 million in the previous quarter.
