Commercial Market Update – Parramatta Cityscope March 2020

The latest research from Parramatta Cityscope shows sales have decreased substantially in terms of sales value. In the quarter to March 2020 there were 13 sales at a total value of $291.1 million, compared to the 25 sales at a total value of $787.5 million in the previous quarter and the $177.3 million from 26 sales recorded for the quarter to September 2019.
