Commercial Market Update – Parramatta Cityscope June 2020

The latest research from Parramatta Cityscope shows sales have decreased in terms of sales value. In the quarter to June 2020 there were 16 sales at a total value of $163 million, compared to the 13 sales at a total value of $219.2 million in the previous quarter and the $787.5 million from 25 sales recorded for the quarter to December 2019.
