Commercial Market Update (Nov 2018) – Sydney Units

The latest research from Sydney Units Cityscope shows that apartment sales in Sydney’s CBD have increased both in number and total sales value in the last quarter. Sales recorded for three months to January 2019, there were 310 sales at a total value of $405.7 million, a large increase from the 110 sales at a total value of $136.9 million recorded for the quarter to October 2018, largely due to the inclusion of the off-the-plan sales of two buildings:
