Commercial Market Update – Melbourne Units Cityscope November 2019

Sales recorded for Melbourne Units Cityscope for the three months to November 2019 totalled $390 million, a decrease from the $395.9 million recorded for the quarter to August 2019 and an increase from the $387.6 million in the quarter to May 2019. 

This update includes the off the plan sales of a further stage of Aurora Melbourne Central, 224-252 La Trobe Street and the off the plan sales of the whole of Collins House, 464-466 Collins Street.
