Commercial Market Update – Melbourne Units Cityscope May 2020

Sales recorded for Melbourne Units Cityscope for the three months to May 2020 totalled $145.7 million, a decrease from the $419.5 million recorded for the quarter to February 2020 and from the $389.9 million recorded for the quarter to November 2019. 

The latest data brings the twelve-month sales total to $1.351 billion, a decrease from the previous twelve months, which recorded sales of $2.106 billion.
