The latest research from Brisbane South Cityscope shows property sale numbers have more than halved over the past three months. The last three months to the end of February 2017 recorded 10 sales for a total of over $106.1 million; with $71.1 million for commercial, $30.8 million for commercial strata, $400,000 for retail strata and $3.8 million for other.
