Commercial Market Update (Jun 2017) – Chatswood Cityscope

The latest research from Chatswood Cityscope shows that commercial property sales have increased in total sales value. For the quarter to June 2017 there were 26 sales at a total sales value of $199.4 million, compared to 31 sales at a total value of $113.7 million for the previous quarter and up from the 30 sales at a total of $158 million in the quarter before that.
