Commercial Market Update (Feb 2019) – Sydney Units

The latest research from Sydney Units Cityscope shows that apartment sales in Sydney’s CBD have increased both in number and total sales value in the last quarter. For the three months to October 2018, there were 110 sales at a total value of $136.9 million, compared to 87 sales at a total value of $106.7 million for the previous quarter.
