Commercial Market Update – Auckland Cityscope November 2019

The latest research from Auckland Cityscope shows that property sales value have increased over the past three months. 

In the three months to November 2019, there were 34 sales for a total of $328.2 million, as compared to the 24 sales for a total of $107.6 million recorded for the three months to August 2019. The latest data brings the total sales for the 12 months to $895.3 million, a significant decrease from the $2.169 billion in sales recorded to the same time last year.
