Commercial Auction Update

January marks a slowdown in commercial auction transactions for the commercial sector. In the week ending 20^th of January 2017, there were no auctions to report. In the same week of January 2016, there was 1 sale cleared at auction worth $5.57 million.

With no auctions this week to contemplate, it is a good opportunity to review the national sales numbers and transaction volumes over 2016.
