Commercial Auction Results – Week Ending 30th November 2018
The latest data collected for CoreLogic’s preliminary auctions results show of the 91 properties taken to auction across the nation, 45 are indicated as sold, providing a clearance rate of 49% in this reporting period.
On a state by state basis, Victoria recorded the highest number of auctions held, with 56 properties offered for sale. Whilst New South Wales achieved the highest clearance rate at 56%.
