Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 30 March 2018

This week saw a rebound in the number of commercial Auctions held across Australia, with a preliminary result of 42 commercial auction events over the week. 

Of these 42 commercial auction events, the preliminary findings show a clearance rate of 52.4%, or 22 of the 42 properties sold. Of these, over half of the sold properties were in Victoria, where the preliminary data suggests 12 of 22 commercial properties sold at auction.
