Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 27 January 2017

The week ending 27^th of January saw no auctions cleared, despite 4 commercial properties listed for sale by auction across Australia. This is a lower clearance rate than was seen in the previous week, where one of two listings was cleared at auction, at a value of $1.01 million.
