Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 23 March 2018

This week saw a record low number of commercial auctions for March, with preliminary results indicating only 13 auction events recorded.

Of these, preliminary results indicate 6 properties sold. This suggests a clearance rate of just 46.2%, but realistically there were not enough observations to derive a meaningful clearance rate.
