Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 15 June 2018

The preliminary figures suggest a clearance rate of 46.15%, with 6 properties sold prior to, or at, auction. 

The data collected so far by CoreLogic suggests that the cleared auctions were concentrated in Queensland, with 4 of 6 properties sold. 

This week also saw a sale in South Australia by Raine & Horne Commercial, where commercial auction sales are typically concentrated on the east coast. The property was a medical suite, sold after auction for an undisclosed price.
