CommBank payment system goes down, again – The Australian Financial Review
This is the third time in as many weeks that the bank has encountered such problems, and customers are not happy.

On June 23, CBA had suffered a similar outage, which it recovered from that day. In that outage, the bank reported that its merchant systems were hit by a telecoms issue, but that it was unsure of the cause of the NetBank failure.
