Combatting security threats at Australia’s northern border is a whole-of-government priority, and operations being undertaken in the Torres Strait Protected Zone are a critical function for the Australian Border Force (ABF).
Recently, the Commander of ABF’s Northern Command, Colin Drysdale, travelled to the Torres Strait to familiarise himself with the on-the-ground work being undertaken in respect to the whole-of-government COVID response.
