Collingwood president Mark Korda has called for a Friday meeting with 40-year club member David Hately, in a bid to avoid Hatelys bid to secure signatures and force an extraordinary general meeting at the club.
Hately is planning to collect signatures at this Sundays game between Collingwood and Port Adelaide at the MCG, with only five per cent of the clubs eligible voting members required to force an EGM.
