The employees, who work at stores across Melbourne, are now in self-isolation.
Workers at three separate Coles supermarkets across Melbourne have tested positive for COVID-19.
Both Coles Hallam, in Melbournes southeast, and Coles Avondale Heights, in the citys northwest, closed on Sunday night to undergo a deep clean, while frequent sanitisation has occurred at Coles Reservoir in the north.
The Hallam team member was last onsite at the store on August 18, the Avondale Heights employee on August 21, and the Reservoir worker on August 16.
