In the latest workplace complaint, Mr Bansal is alleged to have “consistently demonstrated difficulties in working with senior women” and that “senior women have consistently failed to progress within Cleanaway due to the overly aggressive and intimidatory style employed by the CEO”.
The complainant listed six senior employees who had left the executive leadership team in recent months “often following a breakdown in their relationship with Vik Bansal”.
