City of Moreton Bay bans pets and sleeping in vans for homeless people

The City of Moreton Bay has issued a blanket ban forbidding homeless people from keeping pets or publicly sleeping in vans.

Mayor Peter Flannery said they were putting an end to the council’s “lenient” approach to the homeless and their pets in the coastal city.
