Citi launches $70m deal for Nearmap – The Australian Financial Review
Nearmap raises while one of its directors also sells part of his stake.
Citi’s equities desk is in the market with a $70 million equity raising for Nearmap, which is to be run in conjunction with an existing shareholder selldown.

The placement was to be done via a bookbuild from $2.69 a share, according to terms sent to funds, and would see 26 million new shares issued.
The bookbuild was at $2.69 to $2.77 a share, and was underwritten at the floor price.
The floor price was a 6.9 per cent discount to the last close, the term sheet said…
